The Hokuriku Aluminum Big Stir-Fry Pan is an extra-large frying pan with a 32 cm (12.6 in) diameter, sized for cooking larger batches of food at once. It works on any heat source, including induction (IH) cooktops.

The aluminum alloy body has a marble-pattern fluororesin coating on both the inside and outside, a stainless steel bonded bottom about 3.0 mm (0.1 in) thick, and a natural wood handle.
