This deep frying pan belongs to Hokuriku Aluminum's Cast Varius series, built with a detachable handle system centered on a trident shaped base, the first of its kind in Japan, for a stable, secure connection between the handle and the cast aluminum pan body.
Inside, the pan is finished with a non-stick coating blended with specially shaped ceramic particles that help reduce surface wear and improve the coating's durability and non-stick performance.
The pan is designed for use on gas stoves only. Only the pan body is included; the handle is sold separately.
This pan is available in two sizes, 22 cm and 24 cm, so you can choose the one that fits your cooking needs.
