Hokuriku Aluminum Cast Varius Silicone Rim Glass Lid 24cm A-3136

This tempered glass lid is designed for the Hokuriku Aluminum Cast Varius series of frying pans, which use a detachable handle system so the pan body can move easily from stovetop to oven to table. The lid measures 24 cm (9.4 in) in diameter and about 36 mm (1.4 in) in height, with a silicone rim that fits onto the pan.

The tempered glass panel lets you keep an eye on food as it cooks without lifting the lid, which helps with controlling heat and moisture while cooking.
