Hokuriku Aluminum IH Hanayuki Yukihira Pot 18cm A-2741

The Hokuriku Aluminum Hanayuki yukihira pot is an 18 cm (7.1 in) Japanese-made saucepan with an anodized aluminum body and a bonded stainless steel base, which lets it be used on all heat sources, including induction (IH) cooktops. Its hammered exterior texture, 2.5 mm (0.1 in) thick base, and pouring lip make it quick to bring water to a boil and easy to handle while cooking.

Measurement markings inside the pot make it simple to gauge liquid quantities as you cook. The body has a natural wood handle, and the pot measures 33.5 x 20.3 x 11.9 cm (13.2 x 8 x 4.7 in).
