This deep two-handled pot from Hokuriku Aluminum's IH Mighty II lineup is built for everyday cooking on gas and induction (IH) cooktops. The body is aluminum alloy with a stainless steel-clad bottom, so it heats evenly and is easy to care for.
The tempered glass lid has a knob shaped to hold a ladle, so you can rest a ladle on top while the pot simmers. The handles have a pear-skin textured finish that helps keep your grip from slipping.
