Hokuriku Aluminum IH Mighty II Saucepan 18cm S-1266

The Hokuriku Aluminum IH Mighty II is an 18 cm (7.1 in) saucepan built to work on any stovetop, including induction (IH). The aluminum alloy body has a fluororesin-coated interior for easy cleanup, a heat-resistant gradient-painted exterior, and a stainless steel-clad bottom about 2.7 mm (0.1 in) thick.

The tempered glass lid has a knob shaped to rest a ladle on, and the handle has a textured, non-slip finish. The pan holds up to 2.2 L (2.3 qt) when filled to capacity.
