This two-handled pot from Hokuriku Aluminum's IH Mighty II line works on any heat source, including induction (IH) cooktops, and is easy to clean. It is offered in four sizes: 20 cm, 22 cm, 24 cm, and 26 cm.
The aluminum alloy body has a fluororesin-coated interior and a heat-resistant exterior finished with a gradient paint, with a stainless steel bonded bottom about 2.7 mm thick.
The lid is fully tempered glass, and its knob is shaped so a ladle can rest on top of it.
The handles are phenolic resin with a pear-skin texture that helps keep a secure grip even when wet.
