Hokuriku Aluminum IH Mighty II Two-Handle Pot 20cm S-1261

This two-handled pot from Hokuriku Aluminum's IH Mighty II line is sized 20 cm (7.9 in) in diameter, with a full capacity of 3.1 liters (3.3 qt). It works on any heat source, including induction (IH) cooktops, and is easy to clean.

The aluminum alloy body has a fluororesin-coated interior and a heat-resistant exterior finished with a gradient paint, with a stainless steel bonded bottom about 2.7 mm (0.1 in) thick. The lid is fully tempered glass, and its knob is shaped so a ladle can rest on top of it.

The handles are phenolic resin with a pear-skin texture that helps keep a secure grip even when wet.
