Hokuriku Aluminum Kiwami Deep IH Frying Pan 26cm A-3122

This 26 cm (10.2 in) Hokuriku Aluminum frying pan is part of the Kiwami Fukami deep type lineup and is made for induction (IH) cooktops. The interior is coated with fluororesin SD fluororesin non-stick finish, and the exterior has a mirror finish.

The base is bonded with a stainless steel plate and is 3 mm (0.1 in) thick, and the handle is natural wood for a secure, comfortable grip. Compared to earlier models, this pan is deeper with a wider base, which makes it easier to use for everyday cooking.

The body is shaped using a spinning process rather than pressing, which keeps it lighter in weight, and the rim uses a flanged, pot like shape that resists deformation. Made in Japan.
