Hokuriku Aluminum Kiwami Deep IH Stir-Fry Pan 28cm A-3124

This 28 cm (11 in) Hokuriku Aluminum stir-fry pot is part of the Kiwami Fukami deep type lineup and is made for induction (IH) cooktops. The interior is coated with fluororesin SD fluororesin non-stick finish, and the exterior has a mirror finish.

The base is bonded with a stainless steel plate and is 3 mm (0.1 in) thick, and the handle is natural wood for a secure, comfortable grip. Compared to earlier models, this pot is deeper with a wider base, which makes it easier to use for stir-frying and other everyday cooking.

The body is shaped using a spinning process rather than pressing, which keeps it lighter in weight, and the rim uses a flanged, pot like shape that resists deformation. Made in Japan.
