This pan is part of Hokuriku Aluminum's Nobori series, cast from an aluminum alloy body that resists warping even with repeated use on high heat. The cooking surface uses a fluororesin ES Marble non-stick coating for strong everyday durability, paired with a satin finish exterior and a laser-etched satin bottom.

The handle is made of phenolic resin for a secure, heat resistant grip. This pan is designed for use on gas stoves only.

Made in Japan.

Available as a frying pan in 20 cm, 24 cm, 26 cm, or 28 cm, or as a 30 cm stir-fry pan.
