Hokuriku Aluminum Nobori Stir-Fry Pan 30cm for Gas Stove A-3015

This stir-fry pan is part of Hokuriku Aluminum's Nobori series. It is cast from an aluminum alloy that resists warping from heat, with a fluororesin ES Marble non-stick interior for strong durability, a satin-finished exterior, and a laser-etched satin bottom. The handle is phenolic resin.

This pan is designed for use on gas stoves only. This is the 30 cm (11.8 in) size, measuring 51 x 31.1 x 13.5 cm (20.1 x 12.2 x 5.3 in) overall. It is made in Japan.
