This 28 cm (11.0 in) stir-fry pan from Hokuriku Aluminum, part of the Platerware EM line, is built with a two-layer clad construction (stainless steel outside, aluminum alloy inside) designed to pair especially well with induction (IH) cooktops, letting you cook vivid, restaurant-style dishes quickly.

The interior has a durable PTFE platinum nonstick coating, the exterior has a satin finish, and the handle is natural wood. The spin-formed bottom is 2.2 mm (0.1 in) thick.

The pan measures 50 x 29.8 x 11.3 cm (19.7 x 11.7 x 4.4 in) and weighs 791 g (27.9 oz). Made in Japan.
