Hokuriku Aluminum Platered EM Induction Tamagoyaki Pan 14x19cm A-2685

The Hokuriku Aluminum Plateado EM IH tamagoyaki pan is a rectangular frypan for Japanese rolled omelettes, designed for quick, vivid cooking results. Its full two-layer clad body (stainless steel exterior, aluminum alloy interior) gives it excellent compatibility with induction (IH) cooktops.

The interior has a durable PTFE Platinum non-stick coating, the exterior is satin-finished, and the handle is natural wood. This press-formed pan has a 2.6 mm (0.1 in) thick bottom and measures 39 x 15.2 x 9.9 cm (15.4 x 6 x 3.9 in).

Made in Japan.
