The Hokuriku Aluminum Suimei two handled pot is a lightweight, easy to use aluminum pot finished in a pearl tone anodized color. The aluminum alloy body keeps the pot light in the hand while heating evenly on the stove.
Each pot has a newly designed, forged style handle on both sides for a secure, balanced grip when lifting or pouring. The handles are made of phenolic resin, which stays cool to the touch during cooking.
Pots in the Suimei series are shaped so they nest together neatly for storage, making it easy to keep a full set without taking up extra cabinet space.
This pot is offered in four sizes: 18 cm, 20 cm, 22 cm, and 24 cm. Made in Japan.
