This steamer comes from Hokuriku Aluminum's Yuge Kiko series, a modular cookware line built around stackable seiro steamer baskets. The body is an aluminum alloy with a pearl-tone anodized finish, and the handle is phenolic resin. All pieces are made in Japan.
Choose a steamer basket on its own to add to a pot you already have, or get the full set, which includes a pot, a steamer tier, and a lid for use on a gas stove. Because the baskets are part of the same modular lineup, additional baskets can be stacked together to steam larger batches.
Everything nests together for compact storage when not in use, making this a practical choice for steaming dumplings, vegetables, and other dishes.
