Honma Fuyuji Benkei 18-8 Stainless Steel F-Type Colander 33cm HF-7

This F-type colander from Honma Fuyuji Kogyo's Benkei line is a standard design used in both professional and home kitchens for draining and blanching ingredients.

Its rim is wider than typical colanders, which helps the frame resist warping and makes it easier to handle while still holding up to repeated use. Because it is made of stainless steel, boiling water can be poured directly over it without damage.
