Ikenaga Tekko Cast Iron Sukiyaki Pot Kizuna 20cm 12119

This cast iron sukiyaki pot is part of Ikenaga Tekko's Kizuna series, designed as a simple, easy to use pot for everyday cooking. It works on both gas stovetops and induction (IH) cooktops, so it fits into most Japanese kitchens.

The pot measures 21 x 21 cm across and 5.5 cm tall (8.3 x 8.3 in and 2.2 in tall) and weighs about 1.8 kg (4 lb), giving it the steady heat retention that cast iron cookware is known for. Its size and shape make it well suited for sukiyaki and other hot pot dishes served straight from the stove to the table.
