Jumbo Benriner Pro No.120 Japanese Mandoline Slicer 120mm, Beige, Made in Japan

The Jumbo Benriner No.120 has the widest board in the Benriner range, 120mm, for slicing whole cabbages, onions and other large vegetables. The board slides evenly, so slices come out the same thickness from side to side. Set the thickness with the dial.

This model is for slicing only and does not take comb blades. A rubber foot keeps it from sliding, and a hand guard is included.
