The Kalita Cu Kettle is a copper drip kettle made for pouring hot water slowly and precisely over coffee grounds during pour-over brewing.
Copper has a high thermal conductivity, about twice that of aluminum and 25 times that of stainless steel, so heat spreads evenly through the kettle as you heat water on the stove. This lets the kettle be used efficiently over medium heat while pouring during drip coffee brewing.
Made in Japan, the Cu Kettle brings a classic copper finish to your coffee routine.
This kettle is offered in two sizes: 600ml and 700ml.
