Kawasaki Square Japanese Pickle Press (Asazuke) Green VC-010

This square pickle press lets you make Japanese quick pickles (asazuke) and is large enough to fit a whole cucumber. The press plate has a built-in spring and is attached to the lid, so you simply place your vegetables inside and close the lid to press them.

The lid has a flat shape, so the container can be stacked with others for storage, such as in the refrigerator.

It has a capacity of 1 liter (1.1 qt) and comes in green.
