Kyocera Ceramic Santoku Knife 14cm Dull Blue FKB-140DBU

This santoku knife from Kyocera's Colorful Kitchen series is designed for cutting meat, fish and vegetables. The fine ceramic blade keeps a smooth, comfortable edge for a long time and is about half the weight of a metal knife of the same size, making it easy to handle.

The knife is dishwasher safe for easy cleanup. Its handle is made from sugarcane-derived polyethylene, which reduces the amount of petroleum-based plastic used.
