The thickness is adjustable in three settings of 0.5 mm (0 in), 1.3 mm (0.1 in), and 2.7 mm (0.1 in), so it can be set up for different foods such as onions, cucumbers, bell peppers, or cabbage, including fine shredded cabbage.
