Kyocera Ceramic Slicer CSZ-182

This Kyocera ceramic slicer uses a ceramic blade to cut food lightly, quickly, and cleanly. The thickness is adjustable in three settings, so it can be set up for different foods such as onions, cucumbers, bell peppers, or cabbage, including fine shredded cabbage.

Because the ceramic blade does not emit metal ions, it will not transfer a metallic taste or odor to food during slicing, which helps keep sliced ingredients tasting fresh.

The slicer measures 27.7 x 9.2 x 2.4 cm (10.9 x 3.6 x 0.9 in) and weighs 113 g (4 oz / 0.25 lb). It is available in two colors: Charm Pink and Natural Green.
