The Kyocera CSZ-182NGR is a ceramic blade slicer in natural green that lets you cut onions, cucumbers, bell peppers, cabbage, and other vegetables quickly and cleanly. The blade adjusts to three thickness settings of 0.5 mm (0 in), 1.3 mm (0.1 in), and 2.7 mm (0.1 in), so you can switch settings depending on the ingredient, including fine cabbage shreds.
