Kyoto Katsugu Multi-Function Silicone Spoon Spatula

This multi-purpose silicone spoon-spatula is heat resistant up to 200°C, so it can be used for stir-frying in a pan. The silicone has just enough flexibility to scrape up leftover food and sauce cleanly, which makes it useful for cleaning out pots and pans as well as handling whipped cream or chocolate.

The one-piece silicone design has no seams, so it is easy to wash and does not trap stains. The soft material will not scratch a coated non-stick frying pan.

It measures about 27 x 7 x 3.2 cm (10.6 x 2.8 x 1.3 in) and weighs about 51 g (1.8 oz). It is made in Japan.
