This frying pan lid from Kyoto Katsugu is made of stainless steel with a natural wood handle, pairing the strength of stainless steel with a softer look and feel than an all metal lid. A glass window lets you check on the food while it cooks, and the lid is shaped to fit a wide range of frying pans, including pans with raised up handles.
Being stainless steel, this lid is also noticeably sturdier than lids made of aluminum or sheet steel, and it stands about 48 mm (1.9 in) tall.
This cover is offered in two sizes, M and L, to fit different frying pan diameters.
