This frying pan lid from Kyoto Katsugu is made of stainless steel with a natural wood handle, pairing the strength of stainless steel with a softer look and feel than an all-metal lid. A glass window lets you check on the food while it cooks, and the lid is shaped to fit a wide range of frying pans, including pans with raised up handles. Being stainless steel, it is also noticeably sturdier than lids made of aluminum or sheet steel.
This L size fits frying pans up to about 30 cm (11.8 in) across and is about 48 mm (1.9 in) tall.
