Minex Metal 18-8 Stainless Steel Tempura Crumb Skimmer Coarse Mesh Small

This stainless steel skimmer is designed for deep frying, letting you lift stray bits of tempura batter and other crumbs out of hot oil to keep it clean while you cook. It uses a coarse 18-mesh screen that is open enough to catch crumbs quickly without slowing down frying.

Made from durable 18-8 stainless steel, it is built to professional specifications, so it holds up to repeated use in a restaurant kitchen while also working well for home cooking.

The skimmer measures about 25 x 10 x 5 cm (9.8 x 3.9 x 2 in) and weighs about 40 g (1.4 oz / 0.09 lb), keeping it light enough to handle easily over a pot of hot oil.
