Minex Metal Victory Stainless Steel Ball Tea Infuser 45mm V-318

This Victory ball tea strainer by Minex Metal has a 45 mm (1.8 in) diameter. It works for barley tea, black tea and Japanese tea. Thanks to the attached chain, you can place it directly in a mug or teacup to brew.

You can also use it to make dashi from bonito flakes, dried sardines or kombu, or to strain miso. Emptying out tea leaves and dashi ingredients afterward is easy. The fine mesh is 40 mesh.

It is made in Japan from rust-resistant, durable stainless steel to professional specifications for restaurant use, and it holds up to long use at home as well.
