Minex Stainless Steel Flour Sifter Large V-602

This flour sifter is designed for sifting flour and baking powder when preparing fried food or baked goods. It is a one-handed sifter: hold it in one hand and shake it from side to side to sift.

When sifting a large amount into a wide bowl, hold the edge of the handle with your right hand and shake it side to side for an efficient sift. For a narrow bowl or cup, hold the body with your left hand and move the handle back and forth with your right hand so the flour does not scatter. If the mesh clogs, tap the sifter gently from behind to clear it.

Made of durable 18-8 stainless steel with a 30-mesh screen, it measures 20.5 x 10.8 x 8.5 cm (8.1 x 4.3 x 3.3 in) and weighs 115 g (4.1 oz / 0.25 lb). It is made in Japan.
