These are replacement cartridges for the Odajima oil pot. The nonwoven fabric filter and activated charcoal remove dirt and odors from used frying oil that kitchen paper cannot.
Using them is simple: set a cartridge in the oil pot and pour in the oil. This lets you reuse frying oil instead of throwing it out. One cartridge lasts about 10 uses, and a used cartridge can be discarded as burnable waste.
Each cartridge measures 113 mm in diameter and 30 mm high (4.4 x 1.2 in) and weighs 30 g (1.1 oz / 0.07 lb). This pack includes 2 cartridges. Made in Japan.
