Keep used cooking oil fresh and ready to reuse with this stainless steel oil pot system. Pour oil through the activated carbon filter cartridge, which absorbs odors and residue left behind from frying, so the oil can be filtered and used again instead of thrown out.

The wide opening makes it easy to pour oil in quickly. An upper strainer screen catches larger bits of tempura batter and similar debris, while a second screen fitted with the activated carbon removes finer residue. The spout is shaped to pour cleanly without dripping.

The body, lid, and screens are made of durable stainless steel for easy cleaning, with a sturdy phenolic resin knob and handle. Each filter cartridge is good for roughly 5 to 10 uses before it needs replacing, and a used cartridge can be discarded as burnable waste. Made in Japan.
