Oigen Nambu Cast Iron Sukiyaki Pot

This cast iron sukiyaki pot from Oigen can be used on induction (IH) cooktops as well as on gas, making it versatile on the stovetop. The pot wall retains heat well, so even after adding vegetables or shirataki noodles it holds its temperature, and it stays steady when you move ingredients around with chopsticks.

The handle has two loops that fold down when you are not carrying the pot. Cast iron spreads heat evenly across the pan, and the simple, traditional shape adds a classic look to the table.
