Oigen Nambu Cast Iron Sukiyaki Pot 24cm IH Compatible CA-001

This cast iron sukiyaki pan from Oigen can be used on induction (IH) cooktops as well as on gas, making it versatile on the stovetop. The pan wall retains heat well, so even after adding vegetables or shirataki noodles it holds its temperature, and it stays steady when you move ingredients around with chopsticks.

The handle has two loops that can be folded down when you are not carrying the pan. Cast iron spreads heat evenly across the pan, and the simple, traditional shape adds a classic look to the table.

The pan measures about 24 cm (9.4 in) across and weighs about 2.8 kg (6.2 lb). It is made in Japan.
