This draining cutting board is part of Octo's Zarupoke series, made in Japan from PP and PE resin.

It measures 32.5 x 21 x 4 cm (12.8 x 8.3 x 1.6 in) and weighs 230 g (8.1 oz).

A sloped food stopper along one edge catches cut ingredients before they slide off the board, and a built-in hook lets you hang it up for storage.

Use it to wash cut vegetables or other ingredients, or to drain excess water from wet food before cooking.
