Okto Serving Plate with Tofu Tray Slim

This serving tray from Octo is made in Japan from PP resin and includes a built-in tofu tray.

Its slim, narrow shape takes up less space in the refrigerator or on the table than a standard serving plate, measuring 36.8 x 17.5 x 7.5 cm (14.5 x 6.9 x 3 in) and weighing 39 g (1.4 oz).

The tofu tray lets you slide a block of tofu straight from its package into a pot without breaking it apart, which is useful for dishes like hot pot, and a strainer insert is included so liquid can drain away from the tofu to help keep it fresh until you are ready to cook.
