This deep kitchen pot is a commercial kitchen product from Oya Kinzoku. The company is based in Tsubame-Sanjo, a Japanese town known for metalworking, and makes pots, kettles, frying pans, cooking tools and food hygiene products.

The 14 cm (5.5 in) size holds about 2.1 L (2.2 qt). It is made of 18-8 stainless steel and is handy for storing and portioning sauces and seasonings.

Large, easy-to-read measurement markings are printed on the inside of the body. The underside of the lid has a metal fitting that hooks onto the rim of the pot, so you always have a place to rest the lid. Made in Japan.
