This tray from Ozaki Shoten is made in Japan and finished with a non-slip coating that helps keep plates and bowls steady while you carry it or set it down.
It is microwave safe, and the tray itself stays largely cool to the touch even after the contents have been heated.
On turntable-style microwaves, the corners of the tray may catch on the interior wall of the oven and prevent the turntable from rotating freely.
This tray is offered in three sizes: 33 cm, 36 cm, and 38.5 cm.
