This extra deep frying pan from Pearl Metal's Cook Sign series has a built-in visual cue for cooking: a pattern appears on the interior surface once the pan reaches the right temperature to start cooking, so it is easy to tell at a glance when to begin.
The interior uses a 3-layer coating made up of a top coat, a print coat, and a primer coat containing diamond particles, for durability and easy cleanup. It is safe to use with metal spatulas, as long as they have smooth, rounded edges, and the coating has passed an abrasion resistance test of 1,000,000 cycles based on the JIS S 2010 standard, as tested by the Household Metal Products Inspection Center.
The aluminum alloy body has a stainless steel bonded bottom and a phenolic resin handle, and it works on induction (IH) cooktops. Its extra deep shape gives more room for dishes like deep frying, simmering, or stir frying with sauce.
This pan is offered in three sizes: 20 cm, 24 cm, and 26 cm.
