Pearl Metal Cook Sign Induction Diamond Coat Frying Pan 26cm HB-5585

This diamond coat frying pan from Pearl Metal's Cook Sign series has a built-in visual cue for cooking: a pattern appears on the interior surface once the pan reaches the right temperature to start cooking, making it easy to tell at a glance when to begin.

The 3-layer interior coating is made up of a top coat, a print coat, and a primer coat containing diamond particles, for durability and easy cleanup. It is safe to use with metal spatulas, as long as they have smooth, rounded edges, and the coating has passed an abrasion resistance test of 1,000,000 cycles based on the JIS S 2010 standard, as tested by the Household Metal Products Inspection Center.

It measures about 47 x 26.5 x 9 cm (18.5 x 10.4 x 3.5 in) and weighs about 590 g (20.8 oz).
