Pearl Metal Mega Marble Induction Deep Frying Pan 28cm HB-4373

This deep frying pan is part of Pearl Metal's Mega Marble series. The body uses a forged aluminum alloy construction with a thick rim and a thick bottom, giving it extra durability for everyday cooking.

The interior is finished with a Mega Marble super-hard 4-layer coating, so food releases easily and cleanup is simple. It is safe to use with metal spatulas, as long as they have smooth, rounded edges. The pan works on all heat sources, including induction (IH) cooktops.
