This frying pan is part of Pearl Metal's Mega Marble series. The body uses a forged aluminum alloy construction with a thick rim and a thick bottom, giving it extra durability for everyday cooking.
The interior is finished with a Mega Marble four-layer coating in a marble-pattern style, so food releases easily and cleanup is simple. It is safe to use with metal spatulas, as long as they have smooth, rounded edges. The pan works on all heat sources, including induction (IH) cooktops.
The bottom is bonded with stainless steel for even heating, the handle is made of phenolic resin, and the exterior has a baked enamel finish. It is made in China.
This pan is available in a standard or deep shape, and in sizes from 20 cm to 28 cm.
