Pearl Metal Stainless Steel Grater C-4658

This grater from Pearl Metal has a stainless steel grating surface, so it does not pick up odors or stains from the food you grate. It is a two-way design with a coarse side and a fine side on the same tool.

Use the coarse side for daikon radish, Japanese mountain yam, onion, and apple, and the fine side for ginger, garlic, and wasabi and other seasonings. The grater measures 25.5 x 9.7 x 1.4 cm (10 x 3.8 x 0.6 in) and weighs 90 g (3.2 oz).

It is not dishwasher safe, so wash it by hand.
