Pearl Metal Wide Crimp Fish Roaster Ceramic Coated Gas Stove Only H-8881

This wide fish roaster from Pearl Metal is sized to grill a whole butterflied fish, such as saury or horse mackerel, in one piece. The grilling net has a fluororesin-containing silicone resin coating that helps keep food from sticking, and its lattice pattern keeps small pieces of food from slipping through.

A ceramic insert in the body uses radiant heat to cook food evenly. The roaster measures approximately 37.5 x 33.5 x 6 cm (14.8 x 13.2 x 2.4 in) and is for use on a gas stove only.

This roaster is not compatible with induction (IH) cooktops or with gas stoves that use a temperature sensor for fish grilling.
