Plune IH-Compatible Enamel Pot 16cm Akaichigo PCR-801

The Plune double-handled pot is an enamel cooking pot made for induction (IH) stovetops, finished in a Red Strawberry print. Plune is designed for anyone who loves a cute, colorful kitchen, and the pattern is applied and finished by hand in Tsubame, Niigata.

The enamel coating is highly resistant to acids and salt, so it holds up well to dishes such as tomato sauces or pickled foods, and it resists absorbing odors so flavors from previous use do not linger. The glassy surface also will not pick up stains or colors from food.

The pot measures about 20.5 x 16 x 15 cm (8.1 x 6.3 x 5.9 in) and holds 1.6 liters (1.7 quarts), a convenient size for everyday soups, simmered dishes, and small batch cooking.
