Plune IH-Compatible Enamel Pot 16cm Mimi Kokomomo PCR-802

The Plune Mimi Coco Momo IH enamel pot is a two-handled pot hand-finished in Tsubame, Niigata Prefecture, where each design is carefully applied by hand.

Enamel is highly resistant to acid and salt, so the pot holds up well to acidic ingredients, and its smooth, non-absorbent surface resists picking up odors from food. It can be used on induction (IH) as well as gas stovetops.

The pot holds 1.6 L (1.7 qt) and measures 20.5 x 16 x 15 cm (8.1 x 6.3 x 5.9 in), weighing 750 g (26.5 oz).

Made in Japan.
