This is the original Kiwame stir fry pan from River Light, the series that came before Kiwame Japan. It is made of nitrided iron: the iron is heat-treated so the surface resists rust far better than plain iron, and it does not need the seasoning that a new iron pan usually requires.
The pan is 30 cm (11.8 in) across with a wok-like shape and a pouring lip, and the dark wooden handle has a ring for hanging. It works on gas and induction (IH) cooktops.
