River Light Kiwame Japan Iron Stir Fry Pan 30cm J1430 Nitrided Iron Induction Compatible Made in Japan

The Kiwame Japan series from River Light, a cookware maker in Japan, is made of nitrided iron: the iron is heat-treated so the surface resists rust far better than plain iron, and it does not need the seasoning that a new iron pan usually requires. After cooking, rinse it with hot water and a scrub brush and dry it on the stove.

This J1430 is the deep stir fry pan in the series, 30 cm (11.8 in) across, with a wok-like shape for stir-frying, fried rice and dishes with sauce. The wooden handle can be removed and tightened again if it becomes loose.
