After cooking, rinse it with hot water and a scrub brush and dry it on the stove.

The J2326 is made from thicker iron plate than the standard frying pan in the series, so the temperature stays steady when food goes in. It is suited to steak, hamburger steak and other dishes you want to sear evenly. Diameter is 26 cm (10.2 in).
